RPO is seeking a highly motivated O&P Fabrication Technician to join our dedicated team. We are a growing healthcare provider focused on delivering high-quality devices to our patients. We are looking for a knowledgeable professional with great hand skills to fabricate prostheses and orthoses according to specifications.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Hand-eye coordination to use laboratory tools safely and efficiently
- Good verbal skills for communication with clinical team
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work space
- Fabricate and repair orthotic and/or prosthetic devices according to company standards which include bending, forming, and shaping materials
- Fabricate prostheses to support the prosthetist in providing care to patient with absence of limb
- Maintain fabrication supplies inventory by management
- Train new employees while assisting with orienting O&P residents, and fellow orthotic and/or prosthetic technicians
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, and four years’ experience OR
- Four years’ experience working within O&P facility or related to trade industries similar to carpentry, machinery, or fabrication
- A technical degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics from a accredited school is preferred

Board Eligible Prosthetist Orthotist or Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and device fitting
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay current with advances in prosthetic and orthotic technologies
Qualifications:
• Board eligible in Prosthetics and Orthotics or certified as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
