So far I have made two phone calls this month that no one is returning my call. Second, I'm forced to do business with you over a few years, because of a deal you made with VA. You don't return calls and your people, well one person, are so grouchy in person I refused to go there in person and get my shoes. The lady's attitude is so bad it ruins my day. So this year, you charge $15 to veterans who don't want to face your grouchy lady and have it mailed to them and have their day ruined.Respectfully, why should vets pay that extra $15 when it's your decision to put the wrong personality types in customer service? You should pay that!
Very satisfied with Aaron and his staff of great workers. They do all they can to correct any problems that may come up when fitting you up with your prescription of the product you need to make your life easier as well as better.
Had a brace made there, had a problem with the brace, caused new wound on foot. Had a problem with the service, now they won't return my calls. Beware, shady operation.
